BTCpulse Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the BTCpulse platform at btcpulse.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We collect the following types of information:

Email address

Collected when you sign up for the beta waitlist or weekly email updates. Used solely to send you the updates you requested.

Name and email (contact form)

Collected when you submit a contact or feedback form. Used to respond to your enquiry.

Usage data

We collect anonymised analytics data (page views, session counts) to understand how the Platform is used. This data does not identify you personally.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information only for the purpose for which it was collected:

  • To send you beta access updates and weekly email digests (email signups)
  • To respond to your contact or feedback submissions
  • To improve the Platform based on anonymised usage patterns

The Platform uses browser local storage to remember your disclaimer acknowledgement so it does not appear on every visit. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Anonymised analytics may use a first-party cookie to count unique sessions.

The Platform integrates with third-party data providers (Glassnode, CoinGecko, Alternative.me) and may contain affiliate links to third-party exchanges (Swyftx). These third parties have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their data practices.
